Where do you deliver?
We can deliver throughout the United Kingdom. For more information on our delivery options, please see our delivery information page.

Can I collect from you?
Yes, we’re more than happy for you to collect from us. We are based in Ashchurch, Tewkesbury directly opposite the Cotswold Designer Outlet. Our website isn’t currently set up for collections but if you would like to collect from us, please send us an e-mail with what you would like to order and we’ll arrange it for you.

Is your bakery open to the public?
No, our bakery isn’t open to the public other than for pre-arranged collections or when we do a ‘pop up’ there – give us a follow on Facebook or Instagram as we’ll always post there if we are hosting a pop up. You can also visit us at one of our markets or events throughout the year.

Do you bake fresh to order?
Oh yes! We’re really passionate about bringing you the freshest possible products, so everything is always made to order.

Can I add a message to my order?
Yes certainly. Whether it’s a happy birthday, anniversary or just to say hello, if you leave a note in the ‘order notes’ section on the website, we’ll put the message in the box for the recipient.

Do you have any vegan or gluten free options?
We don’t sorry. There are other bakers around who specialise in these areas and have some fantastic products.

Where can I find allergen information?
We include allergen information on the product page for each item for each of the major allergens, and we also include this information in with your order for the recipient. If have any queries regarding allergens or ingredients, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll happily assist.

What is your food hygiene rating?
We were awarded a 5 from Tewkesbury Borough Council at our most recent inspection. You can verify this on the Food Standards Agency website here.
