First of all – CONGRATULATIONS!! If you’re checking out this page then it’s more then likely you’ve recently got engaged and want a bit more information about having Tewkesbury Treats as part of your big day!!

So…we have a few questions for you…

• Are you looking for something completely awesome to wow your guests at your wedding?
• Are you looking for a delicious choclolaty alternative to the traditional wedding cake?
• Do you want to work with a small, family run local business that will use only the finest ingredients to handmake your treats?

If the answers are “yes” to all of these then you’re in the right place!

We can offer various options for your big day, or if you have something else in mind then we can come up with something totally bespoke for you.

The yummy options we offer are as follows:

BCR Classic Stack – This is our classic Brownie/Cookie/Rocky Road stack and this has been very popular since we launched it! This can be made in a choice of 6 classic flavours: Oreo/Cookies & Cream, Caramel, Chocolate Orange, Lotus Biscoff, Nutella or Peanut Butter.

The bottom layer is our classic chocolate rocky road, the middle is your chosen flavour of stuffed cookie bar, and the top is a brownie. These layers are sandwiched together with buttercream, topped a fudge layer and drip and finished with a variety of corresponding chocolates & biscuits.

Measuring 9″ across, these serve approximately 25-35 people depending on portion size.

Our BCR Classic stack is priced at £70

Custom BCR Wedding Stack – Or you can create your own bespoke stack where you can choose the flavour of each layer from our large selection as well as your choice of buttercream, fudge topping and chocolate decorations

You can create your own BCR Wedding Stack for £85.

Double Wedding BCR Stack – This has been a very popular option for our 2023/2024 weddings! We have added a second smaller tier of our BCR Stack to create a truly stunning wedding centrepiece that your guests will still be talking about weeks after your special day! With this option you can either choose one flavour for the whole stack, or create something totally bespoke with all of your favourtite flavours. We can provide a list of treats to choose from, and then you can choose either vanilla or chocolate buttercream and the flavour of the fudge topping.

The Double Wedding BCR Stacks are £135 and serve approximately 45-55 people.

We can also add your cake topper if you have one, either leaving it for us at the venue, or dropping it off at the bakery in advance.

Selection of Treats Squares for dessert table – We can also provide a selection of squares of our treats in all of your favourite Tewkesbury Treats flavours which is perfect to add to your dessert table or evening buffet selection.

These work perfectly as a standalone dessert option or alongside our BCR stacks for large celebrations. Treat squares can be served on trays or stacked.

We can offer our treat squares in almost any of our flavours that you will find at our markets and festivals, so you can be sure to include your favourites! This includes our brownies, blondies, cookie bars and rocky roads – please contact us for a full list of flavours.

Treat Squares are priced as follows (per square): Brownie – £1.50, Blondie – £1.50, Brookies – £1.90, Rocky Road – £1.90, Cookie Bar – £1.90. Treat squares are available in multiples of 16 or 24 per flavour with a minimum of 16 squares per flavour.

Cookie Sandwich Stack – This is a brand new product we’re adding to our Wedding options for 2023 – a whole stack of our bestselling cookie sandwiches for all if your guests to enjoy!! Our Cookie sandwiches are so incredibly popular and sell out every time we have them at the markets, so we though why don’t we offer a whole stack of them. Each of your guests can enjoy a Cookie Sandwich which makes a memorable alternative to a tradtional dessert or cake.

Our Cookie Sandwiches are made up of 2 of our freshly baked cookies, in either vanilla or chocolate dough, sandwiched together with a flavoured buttercream and a delicious filling of a spread or ganache depending on the flavour.

These can be made in the following flavours: Kinderella, Nutella, Cookies & Cream, Lemon & White Chocolate, Milky Bar, Double Chocolate or Lotus Biscoff

There is a minimum order of 25 per flavour and each cookie sandwich is priced at £4 each.

Important information

Freshness guaranteed: You want the best treats for your guests, which is why your treats are freshly baked to order. Our treat squares are cut on the morning of your celebration, so they arrive as fresh and as gooey as possible.

Delivery & Set Up: Depending on the location of your venue we can offer set up and delivery on the day of your celebration. Set up includes displaying your treats exactly how you wish, and leaving them ready to create a ‘wow’ when you and your guests arrive. Prices are as follows:

• GL20 Post codes: Free delivery and set up
• All other post codes in our ‘local delivery area’: £20 (Our local delivery area includes Cheltenham, Gloucester and Bishops Cleeve – the full delivery area can be found here.)
• Outside of our local delivery area: Please contact us for a price

Allergies, Hygiene & Insurance: With all of our wedding treats we provide full allergen cards to display on the table and we can provide full ingredients lists if needed by your venue. We have full public liability insurance and a 5 star hygiene rating from Tewkesbury Borough Council.

Regrettably we are unable to offer any gluten free options. We do use Nutella, Peanut Butter and other hazelnut/peanut products in our bakery and whilst we make every effort to ensure these ingredients are kept separate we can not guarantee that our treats are 100% nut free, although unless clearly stated we do not add whole nuts to any of products.

Payment terms: We ask for a £50 deposit to secure your date and issue an invoice for the balance 4 weeks before your celebration, with payment due 2 weeks before the day.
