Our Brookies are very popular at our markets, and it’s easy to see why – a chocolate chip cookie dough base, a layer of Biscoff spread, a layer of Biscoff cream sandwich cookies and finished with a layer of Biscoff Brownie!
Your slab will be freshly made to order and measures 8.5″ which cuts into 8 generous slices or 16 half slices. As it’s un-sliced, your slab will be gorgeously gooey when you cut into it and should you wish to save some for later it can be frozen for up to 6 months.
