Our most epic creation yet, featuring three 9″ layers of our handmade signature bakes – Brownie, Cookie and Rocky Road!
Starting at the bottom, we have our Belgian chocolate rocky road, made with a mixture of milk and dark chocolate and packed full of digestives, marshmallows and maltesers.
In the middle is one of our best selling cookie bars – delicious flavoured gooey cookie with a crispy edge and a hidden filling baked in the centre.
On top of the stack is a slab of our best selling Belgian chocolate brownie, loaded with your chosen flavour and topped off with a layer of fudge topping.
Sandwiching all the layers together is a homemade flavoured buttercream, and the stack is topped with more buttercream and lots of chocolaty treats on top. Each layer of the BCR stack is 9″ in diameter and the stack will serve up to 25 people

Our BCR Stacks are available in 8 delicious flavours:
- Caramel: Salted Caramel brownie, Galaxy Caramel cookie bar, Malteser rocky road, dark chocolate caramel fudge topping and a caramel buttercream
- Chocolate Orange: Terry’s Chocolate Orange brownie, Terry’s Chocolate Orange and chocolate spread cookie bar, Malteser rocky road and milk chocolate fudge topping and buttercream
- Kinderella – Kinderella brownie, Kinderella and Kinder bar cookie bar, Malteser rocky road and Kinderella fudge topping and buttercream
- Lotus Biscoff: Biscoff biscuit brownie, Biscoff biscuit and spread cookie bar, Malteser rocky road and Biscoff fudge topping and buttercream
- Milkybar – Milkybar brownie, Milkybar cookie bar, Malteser rocky road and Milkybar fudge topping and buttercream
- Mint – Mint Aero brownie, Mint Aero cookie bar, Malteser rocky road and milk chocolate fudge topping and buttercream
- Nutella: Nutella brownie, Nutella and Kinder bar cookie bar, Malteser rocky road and Nutella fudge topping and buttercream

Each stack is made to order so toppings may vary to those pictured – but they’ll always be fully loaded and yummy!
Delivery & Collection Information
Our BCR Stacks are available to order for delivery or collection most Wednesday and Fridays. Please see the drop down box at the top of the page for available dates.
Delivery Information: Due to the delicate nature of our BCR stacks, they are only available for delivery to our local delivery area or for collection from our bakery in Ashchurch, Tewkesbury. Each stack comes on a heavy duty cake drum (it weighs a lot!) and come securely packaged.
Our free local delivery area covers the following postcodes:
- Tewkesbury: All GL20 Post Codes

Collection Information – Collection is available from our bakery in Ashchurch, Tewkesbury. We offer collection on Wednesday’s between 9:30am and 11:00am and on Friday’s between 12pm and 2pm. If you would like a collection outside of these times, this may be possible but please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability.
