Brookie Slab – Snickers

Description

If you’re a penaut butter fan, then this brookie is for you. We’ve topped a layer of chocolate chip cookie dough with peanut butter and Snickers bars, and topped it all with a layer of Belgian chocolate brownie – these are always a big seller at our markets and it’s easy to see why.

Your slab will be freshly made to order and measures 8.5″ which cuts into 8 generous slices or 16 half slices. As it’s un-sliced, your slab will be gorgeously gooey when you cut into it and should you wish to save some for later it can be frozen for up to 6 months.
